BDNA Splits with PS’Soft

BDNA has sold PS’Soft to the Allen Systems Group (ASG) for an undisclosed sum.

The PR blurb says:

“The PS’Soft ITSM suite includes a Service Desk with incident, problem, change, configuration, release, service level and availability management processes, all of which have been verified to an enhanced level of ITIL compatibility by Pink Elephant™. PS’Soft’s Service Management, with its ability to manage the full lifecycle of IT services, complements ASG’s automated discovery, rich analytics, native dependency mapping and model-based approach – better enabling customers to manage service delivery end-to-end.”

BDNA originally agreed to merge with PS’Soft in January 2009.

ASG and PS’Soft have been working together as partners for over 10 years and ASG plans to further integrate its application dependency mapping plus change management technologies as a piece of the combined offering.

“Our application dependency and change management expertise coupled with PS’Soft’s excellence in service management makes us a collective driving force in delivering end user satisfaction with customers,” said Arthur Allen, CEO, ASG.

This leaves BDNA with it’s core IT discovery technology.
