Microsoft MAP Toolkit Survey
ITAM and SAM tools cover a wide spectrum – free to many thousands of pounds, specific features to a wide range of abilities, inventory only to having no inventory capability, vendor created to vendor agnostic, easy to use to…not so easy to use.
We’re always interested to learn what people use, and why – so we’ve come up with a survey to gain some insight in how Microsoft MAP Toolkit is being used across the world.
Why Microsoft MAP Toolkit? Well, it’s created by one of the world’s largest software vendors – who are generally #1 on an organisation’s SAM checklist – and it’s free. Because of its high profile and low barrier to entry, it’s often the first “SAM” tool that people start working with.
However, we want to better understand how certain tools, and certain types of tools, are used by different organisations – and different job roles within those organisations. To that end, we’ve got questions around satisfaction, longevity within organisations, missing features, actual use cases and more.
A quick few questions
We would very much appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes to give us your insight, wisdom and thoughts here:

Even though everyone loves filling out a survey anyway, we’ve decided to make it EVEN more exciting and the first 50 (proper) respondents will each receive a £20 (or local currency equivalent) Amazon voucher.
