Mobile Telephony Best Practice Survey
Here at the ITAM Review one of the ways in which we believe we can add further value to your organization is to conduct surveys in order to provide a benchmarking against fellow ITAM Review readers.
We will be conducting a number of surveys over the course of the year. Our first survey follows on from Martin Chalkley’s article on managing your mobility estate and is aimed at highlighting areas for cost optimization and best practices for mobile telephony contracts.
Key Points:
- All respondents to the questionnaire will receive a report summarizing the findings as a thank you for taking part
- All answers are confidential and will not be shared
- This is not a thinly veiled solicitation for mobile contracts or services – this is purely aimed at providing a benchmarking and highlighting best practices.
We don’t want each survey to be too time consuming so the survey is limited to five sections.
We hope that the insight gained from your diverse backgrounds will aid how you operate within your enterprise.
