Rich Gibbons, ITAM Services Director, The ITAM Review
Rich has almost 15 years’ experience in the world of IT and software licensing, having been both a software sales manager for a VAR and a Microsoft licensing endorsed trainer.
A Northerner renowned for his shirts, Rich is a fan of most films, Hip-Hop, travel, football in general (and specifically MUFC), Marvel and reading as many books as possible. Finding ways to combine these with software licensing is always fun.
Becki Riall, SAP Licensing Consultant
Becki currently works as a specialist SAP Licensing Consultant. Her responsibilities include commercial and technical analysis for Users, Packages and Indirect/Digital Access. Advisement on identified compliance risks, and remediation options, as well as opportunities to minimize cost. Becki has experience in advising customers about S/4HANA licensing migrations and SAP Cloud software purchases. Becki has experience at a large SAM Managed Service provider, working primarily as an SAP specialist responsible for Managed Services and project-based engagements. She has advised FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 customers in numerous industries, including Banking, Retail, Manufacturing and Utilities.
