Session Title: ‘Gaining SAP licensing visibility to optimize costs’
Description: SAP licensing is complex, expensive, and difficult to understand and manage and organizations typically increase their SAP licensing expenditure year on year without realising these costs are often avoidable. Clear visibility of your SAP landscape enables understanding of your entitlements and usage, optimizing your SAP licensing to make the best use of current entitlements and protect against expensive true up costs. We know from our customers that their main concerns are:
- Lack of visibility and complexity of SAP licensing (e.g. named users/engines)
- Indirect / Digital Access risk
- Keeping up with changes to licensing models and price lists (e.g. S/4HANA)
During the session, we will discuss these topics and take you through the step-by-step process that Snow has developed, in accordance with Industry best practice, to help optimize your SAP licensing and minimise unnecessary waste and expenditure. By the end of the session, you will have a clear idea where to best focus your efforts to take control of your SAP licensing and protect your budget.
