Software Cost Reduction
Thursday 27 February 2020

About this event

This webinar has now taken place.

Join ITAM Review Analysts and a selection of vendors for a 3 hour virtual conference on Software Cost Reduction on Thursday 27th February 2020 at 2pm GMT.

Cost reduction has always been a primary driver for organisations running an ITAM practice. Most organisations starting a cost reduction programme will find many software-related opportunities present themselves. But how do you go about choosing where to place your focus? Where are the quick wins? What are the strategic opportunities for reducing the cost of software permanently?

This summit will provide you with a roadmap for software cost reduction, starting with an overview and then getting into the detail of approaches such as 3rd party maintenance & support, the secondary software market, the open source alternative, and getting to grips with Cloud spend.

You’ll hear from tool vendors, managed service providers, and subject matter experts and come away with a plan for starting your software cost reduction programme.
