   ServiceNow is very modular based and does require an extensive knowledge of those modules and what they come with as you may think you have everything you need but when you go to make it live you are not licensed. It is a very powerful tool and as long as you don’t customise and use out of the box then you can’t go far wrong.

   Not a bad tool and has matured over the last several years – but needs some assistance with ease of use – not very intuitive.
