Wisdom UK 2020: Call for Speakers

Wisdom UK 2020 is less than five months away! Our world-renowned Wisdom conference touches down in London for the 5th year and sees us returning to the Kia Oval cricket ground, June 10-11, 2020.

Be a speaker at Wisdom UK 2020

If you’ve got a great story, we – and all our delegates – want to hear it. ITAM is a wide-ranging industry and we welcome sessions on any aspect you think will be interesting and useful. We want to have a great mix of content, both in terms of content and “difficulty” – we’re looking for content that will help those at the start of their ITAM career but also content that will help experienced ITAM practitioners take it to the next level and/or add a new string to their bow.

Topics we think we think will work well include:

• Managing audits
• Engaging with stakeholders
• Building an ITAM team
• Cloud cost management (IaaS/SaaS)
• Open Source
• Managing a CMDB
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• IT Asset Disposal (ITAD)
• Security & ITAM
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• Business Intelligence
• SAP

But there are plenty of things we’ve not covered there, so don’t let that list limit you…we have always got a place for great insight!

If you’re kind of, sort of, tempted by the idea of speaking – but it’s not something you’re quite sure about…get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help. We can run you through what’s involved in terms of prep as well as on the day, and we can help with slide design, content creation, tips on public speaking and other areas too.
As scary as public speaking can be – especially at first – it’s even more fun once you get going and can open up so many opportunities! We’d love for each of our conferences to launch at least one new speaker – so why not make sure it’s you? 😁
