General Feedback

Strengths:
Easy tie into Active Directory to pull computer objects. The quantity of information pulled off all devices. The ability to show actual usage data vs an application being open.
Weaknesses:
It is not always obvious which report will provide the information you are looking for.
What feature would you add if you had the choice?
N/A
Support or implementation:
Implementation from version 7.x to version 9.x was very smooth. The support staff was accessible and knowledgeable with questions that arose during implementation and with ongoing support questions.
If you had the opportunity to choose ITAM technology again would you choose the same product?
Yes for all the reasons listed under strengths & general feedback.
