The danger of signing audit clauses when measurement is not defined

As an ex auditor himself, he advises to check through audit clauses thoroughly to ensure as a customer, we understand what our obligations are.

- Are vendors encouraging customers to sign agreements knowing full well the customer does not have sufficient maturity to measure consumption?
