Reader Survey & BCS CMSG Annual Conference
I have been asked to present at the BCS Configuration Management annual conference on the 10th June.
For my presentation I would like to explore the ITAM profession, ITAM teams and ITAM’s relation to other parts of the business.
Back in 2011 (prior to the launch of the ITSM Review) we investigated the relationship between ITAM and ITSM. I’m keen to see how this has changed over the last three years and how these two important IT Management disciplines may have integrated.
